This initiative aims to open a dialogue between the private sector, state institutions, civil society organizations, international organizations, independent experts and media over the issue of existing energy routes in South East Europe and neighbouring countries from a human rights perspective - the right to a healthy environment, the right to sustainable development, the right to life, etc.

The conference seeks participants from the private sector, state institutions, civil society organizations, international organizations, independent experts and media from the following countries: Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Italy, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine.
